Sean Curran reports on events at Westminster where the Government comes under pressure over leaked documents from HSBC which show how the bank helped customers avoid millions of pounds in tax.
Labour demands to know why only one UK citizen has been prosecuted and criticises the appointment of the then boss of HSBC, Lord Green, as a minister.
The Government insists it did take action to recoup millions in tax and defends Lord Green.
