Jamie T first came to prominence in the mid-2000s, and now returns after a long absence in 2014 to hugely positive reviews for his third album Carry On The Grudge. He was the recipient of the NME's Best Solo Artist Award in 2007 and 2010, and his debut album, 2007's Panic Prevention is widley regarded as one of the decade's finest. He played his first gigs for four years last summer, and his comeback continues to build momentum with a spot at this year's 6 Music Festival.

Kate Tempest will perform solo and with Eliza Carthy at this year's 6 Music Festival. Expect one of the most eclectic and enthralling performances of the weekend.

Mercury-nominated Kate is a poet and spoken word artist from Brockley, South East London. Her first performance was at a spoken word club in Carnaby Street at the age of 16 which led to her Inspired by Samuel Beckett and the Wu-Tang Clang, she won the Ted Hughes Award for Brand New Ancients in 2013 and has supported the likes of Billy Bragg, and Scroobius Pip. was

Eliza Carthy followed her respected family of Martin Carthy and Norma Waterson into English Folk music, and has been the winner of more than five Radio 2 Folk Awards and has twice been nominated for the Mercury Music Prize.
