Andrew wants to escape the rat race and open a bed and breakfast in a little-known part of Thailand. He's desperate to open a business he has no experience of, in a country he's never been to, and his partner Matt is far from convinced.
A week in Thailand trialling the life they could have puts them both to the test - and gives them a lot of things to consider. In the end, is the dream realistic, and could they give everything up back home in the UK to start a new life in paradise?

16/03/2015: Update from Matt and Andrew
Since filming, Andrew and Matt have decided that a
new life running a B&B abroad is definitely for them. Hopefully within聽3-4 years as聽further
finances need to be聽secured.聽聽 Location wise聽it will be
within Europe and most likley the South of France, the main reason being that
as聽foreigners they can聽own聽the land outright聽and also as it
would be聽closer for聽family and friends. That said, retiring聽to
Thailand is still an option down the line.
