The father of a toddler who died from meningitis just 4 weeks ago tells Dotun that he hopes the news a vaccine will finally be rolled out will be a 'little legacy' to her. The Government says a deal has finally been done with the manufacturers to roll out a meningitis B vaccination programme for babies, more than a year after it was first approved.

Dotun speaks to our reporter in Nigeria as elections in parts of the country have been extended into a second day after technical delays and a reports of violence.
