Pork and Apple Burgers with Celeriac Coleslaw

Mayonnaise
Chopped herbs
听
Peel and grate the celeriac and carrot. Mix with the chopped herbs and mayonnaise. Store in the fridge until needed.

Pork & Apple Burgers
800g听听 Pork shoulder mince (from your local butcher)
2听听听听听听听听听听Cloves garlic, crushed
Pinch听听 Salt
Pinch听听 Pepper
1听听听听听听听听听 egg
2tbsp听听 mayonnaise
2tbsp听听 red sauce
1听听听听听听听听听 Armagh Bramley, peeled, cored & diced
1tbsp听听 chopped fresh sage leaves
听
Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.
听
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and then stir through the apple and sage.
Shape into 4 burgers. Place the burgers on a hot pan with a splash of oil. Turn after 2-3mins depending on their colour (light brown). Leave for another 2-3mins and then place on a baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes or until cooked through.

Bread Rolls
Place a burger in each roll and top with red onion marmalade.
