Gilles is back in the studio for another Saturday mix up selection and this week he speaks to Bluey from Incognito about his life in music. The pair discuss Bluey's back catalogue, their shared love for Brit-funk and how they first met.

Bluey formed the acid jazz band Incognito in 1979 and since then he has released fifteen studio albums as well as a number of live albums, remix albums and compilation albums. Prior to forming Incognito, Bluey was a founding member of the group Light of the World. Aside from Incognito, Bluey's production credits include works for artists such as Paul Weller, George Benson, Maxi Priest and Terry Callier.
