Penny Gore presents a series of orchestral and chamber music concerts from the 2014 Prague Spring Festival, an important annual event in the Czech musical calendar, which was founded in 1946. Today's programme includes the traditional opening night performance of Smetana's Ma Vlast, with the Czech Philharmonic orchestra under their artistic director Jiri Belohlavek, the pianist Roman Rabinovich and the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra.
