Live from the 2015 Hay Festival, with novelists Anne Enright and Alexander McCall Smith, poet Gillian Clarke, and music from harpist Catrin Finch and violinist Rachel Podger.

Presented by Sean Rafferty, live from the celebration of all things literary which is the Hay Festival in the Welsh Borders. The show will feature interviews with novelists Anne Enright and Alexander McCall Smith, National Poet of Wales Gillian Clarke, Children's Laureate writer Malorie Blackman, and retail consultant Mary Portas.
Plus live music from harpist Catrin Finch, violinist Rachel Podger and the Lux Wind Quintet.

Part of Radio 3's week-long residency at the Hay Festival, with programmes CD Review, Lunchtime Concert, Free Thinking,The Verb, The Essay and World on 3 all broadcasting from the festival.
