Comedy series. Sean's former writing partner has a strong legal claim against Sean and Beverly's new project. Carol starts a new relationship and Matt is back with his ex-wife.
Sean's former writing partner Tim won't go away. It seems he and Sean developed a show years ago that bears a striking resemblance to Sean and Beverly's new project The Opposite of Us. According to Sean and Beverly's agent, Tim has a strong legal claim. And he may be demanding more than just money.
Carol awakens to find she spent the night with a surprising bed partner. She begins a new relationship that takes her into uncharted waters. As the secret romance gathers momentum, it does not go unnoticed by Beverly.
Matt, meanwhile, has rekindled his relationship with his ex-wife Diane. He reveals to Sean that he's considering making the arrangement permanent again. Matt claims it's not just for the financial advantages (no more alimony and child support). He never stopped loving Diane and he dreams of living with his boys full time again. 'Plus my money guys say I can get at least three million for her house!'.
