In his 25 year career, John Giddings has worked with a whole host of exciting artists, including David Bowie, The Rolling Stones and Iggy Pop. Today, we find out what it's like to organise tours for these acts, and about the skills required to make it in this field.

And talking of fields, we'll also be spinning you records from artists performing at this weekend's Isle of Wight Festival. John relaunched the event in 2002, and has booked Blur, Fleetwood Mac, The Black Keys, and The Prodigy as this year's headliners!
