Deke Leonard
Rock musician Deke Leonard joins Johnnie Walker live in the studio.
Rock musician Deke Leonard joins Johnnie Walker live in the studio.
Deke is best known for his work as part of the progressive rock band Man. He also had a solo career during the seventies, releasing the album "Iceberg" which featured the likes of Mike Gibbins from Badfinger and Byron Berline from The Flying Burrito Brothers. Leonard went on to form his own group called Iceberg before re-joining Man in 1974 through to 1976 when the group disbanded. He speaks to Johnnie about his memories of the decade and picks some of his favourite songs.
Also on the show, Johnnie digs out some of the best of the 大象传媒 archive, and another listener helps to add a classic seven-inch single into Johnnie's Jukebox.
