Tim Warwood with the best of the action at the annual BMX World Championships. Riders had to navigate humps and jumps and avoid the inevitable pile-ups on a 380m-long course.

Tim Warwood introduces the best of the fast and frenetic action at the annual BMX World Championships, held this year in the Belgian town of Heusden-Zolder. Riders had to navigate humps and jumps and avoid the inevitable pile-ups on a 380m-long outdoor course, reaching speeds of up to 40mph as they battled to qualify for a winner-takes-all final. Great Britain has an enviable track record in the competition, and 2013 world champion Liam Phillips and 2014's bronze medallist Tre Whyte led the team's medal prospects this time around.
