The Queen on becoming Britain's longest serving monarch, schools minister on summer-born children starting school later and Michael Palin on the migrant crisis.

We were live in Scotland where the Queen was greeted by cheering crowds as she travelled from Edinburgh along the new Scottish Borders Railway on the day that she becomes Britain's longest serving monarch. We heard from the Schools Minister Nick Gibb who told us that parents of summer born children should be given the option of holding their children back a year ... Michael Palin was our big guest, he told us his thoughts on the migrant crisis and talked us through his new diary "Travelling To Work" ... And Brit Pop frontman Jarvis Cocker told us that he'd like to have a go at doing some horse racing commentary on 5 Live.
