Air strikes in Syria, Saturday jobs, prison standards in Jamaica and presenter and comedian Alexander Armstrong.

As Russian airstrikes began in Syria Igor Sutyagin, a Russian strategic analyst, gave his views on why President Putin had been so quick to act. We discussed Saturday jobs as the CIPD, the professional body for HR departments, told us that many young people are now leaving education without any "employability skills" which they can get from part time work or volunteering. Alexander Armstrong was here to talk about Pointless, Danger Mouse and his new book based on his 8000 mile journey across the Arctic.
