Frank was a fireman - he rang the programme to tell us how he's haunted by PTSD after he tried to save a child trapped in a submerged car. Plus as a report shows locum doctors could have cost the NHS over 拢1 billion last year - an increase of nearly a third from the previous year. We speak to a locum who says there are lots of shifts to choose from, and he can make more money.
