The Dutch Safety Board's investigation in to MH17, Tom Jones and TV Club.
Following the publication of The Dutch Safety Board's investigation in to the MH17 crash we spoke to Barry Sweeney who lost his son Liam when the plane came down. We were joined by music legend Sir Tom Jones who was here to talk about his new book, life after The Voice and Welsh rugby. And after 3 it was our TV Club, this week we reviewed Homeland, The Walking Dead and The Apprentice and we heard from filmmaker Roger Graef who 50 years ago documented the life of four-year-old Brett Neilsen, who was born with no arms due to his mother being given Thalidomide when she was pregnant, they've been reunited for a new programme 50 years on.
