Each week, as well as handpicking key new releases and classics from the UK, USA, Jamaica and beyond, Don highlights a favourite album from his own collection. He explains why it means so much to him and features three key tracks. This week it's Khaled's self-titled 1992 album.

Don says, " I remember going to see Khaled play at the Royal Festival Hall in London back in 1994, and it remains one of the most memorable gigs I've ever seen... and I've been to a quite a few.

Known as the King of Rai (Algerian music) he had the room on their feet and captivated from beginning to end with the power and passion of his voice. This, his debut album as Khaled, is a great introduction to what I saw that that night.".
