The Stairs

Marc Riley has a session from reformed cult Liverpool garage band the Stairs.

Legendary Liverpool band the Stairs have reformed and Marc has them in session!

Led by Edgar Jones the Stairs blazed like a comet in the mid 90s, releasing the cult garage band classic Mexican R'n'B in 1992 before breaking up in 1994. Since then Jones has been both a solo artist and a band leader with the likes of Big Kids and Free Peace. He even did a stint in the La's.

Now he's reunited the Stairs for a one off gig in their home town. Actually make that a one off gig and a Marc Riley session. We feel honoured and privileged.
