Bellowhead in Session

Simon has the mighty Bellowhead live in session, plus another daft listener Confession for the panel to mull over.

On the show tonight Simon has the mighty Bellowhead live in session!

Forming in 2004 the eleven-piece band play traditional dance tunes, folk songs and shanties, with arrangements drawing inspiration from a wide diversity of musical styles and influences. The band includes percussion and a four-piece brass section, and is known for its energetic live performances. Bellowhead's musicians play more than 20 instruments between them, with all members providing vocals! Having announced their breakup earlier this year the band celebrate their end of times with the anthology 'Pandemonium: The Essential Bellowhead' -featuring a selection of 13 tracks from their 5 studio albums. Expect ordered chaos when they come in to play some of these tracks especially for Simon.
