With Echobelly

Liz chats to Sonya and Glenn from the reformed Echobelly, who recently played live for the first time in over ten years and have announced a new album for 2016.

Liz chats to Sonya and Glenn from the recently reformed band Echobelly. They recently played live for the first time in over 10 years, and announced a new album, due next year.
The band formed in 1993 and released their debut album Everyone's Got One the following year; the album went top 10. The 2nd album On fared even better, reaching number 4 in September 1995. Health and legal problems affected the band in 1995 and 1996 and had a negative impact on their success, and the 3 subsequent albums, released between 1997 and 2004, failed to make a significant impact. The band split in 2004. They reformed earlier this year and played their first gig in over 10 years last month.

Liz also gives listeners the chance to show-off their musical knowledge with themed tune suggestions and chats to a listener about their favourite album in All Killer No Filler.
