Don says, "This was the second and last album to be recorded by the Fugees, and what a way to go! The multi-platinum, Grammy-award-winning The Score introduced an alternative hip-hop world full of soulful samples, beat-driven instrumentals and those all-important basslines. It would also provide the perfect springboard for the inimitable Lauryn Hill, whose best was yet to come.".
