In this first programme of the Christmas series, the British mezzo soprano Kathryn Rudge explores the moonlit world of Schubert, the Chinese-born pianist Zhang Zuo tackles Haydn's grandest keyboard compostion and the Armenian cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan delights in one of Beethoven's sunniest creations.
