Ilker Arcayurek, Alec Frank-Gemmill, Annelien Van Wauwe, Armida Quartet

With Ilker Arcayurek (tenor) in Schubert, Alec Frank-Gemmill (horn) in Franz Strauss and Schumann, Annelien van Wauwe (clarinet) in Schumann and the Armida Quartet in Brahms.

Clemency Burton-Hill continues her two week series celebrating the music making of the 大象传媒 New Generation Artists. Today, the Belgian clarinettist Annelien Van Wauwe and Turkish-born, Austrian tenor Ilker Arcayurek are heard for the first time. Also today, in a first for the scheme, Alec Frank-Gemmill plays period horns in recordings made especially for this series at the Finchcocks Musical Museum in Kent.
