Billy Sloan plays the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe and Early Morning Soul plus Part 2 of an exclusive interview with David Gilmour. In this weekend's Musical Chairs, Billy highlights the career of musician and producer Thomas Dolby, solo career and collaborated with Eddi Reader, Malcolm McLaren, Prefab Sprout, Dolby's Cube and Lene Lovich. The Great Collaborations track features Graham Parker & Nona Hendryx and in The Real Thing it's 'Hurricane' by Bob Dylan - a protest song co-written with Jacques Levy about the imprisonment of boxer Rubin 'Hurricane' Carter.
