It is the Professional MasterChef final. Michelin-starred Marcus Wareing, formidable chef Monica Galetti and MasterChef maestro Gregg Wallace reach the end of their search for a culinary talent exceptional enough to be crowned champion.
Over the last seven weeks, 48 of Britain's most ambitious chefs have been fighting for the competition's coveted title, and now only the three best remain. In this programme, they compete for the last time, as just three courses remain between them and the title of Professional MasterChef Champion 2015.
The three outstanding chefs, who have cooked some exceptional plates of food to reach the final, face one last challenge: to cook the best three courses of their lives for the MasterChef judges. In three hours, they must bring together a starter, a main and a dessert which take their culinary abilities to a whole new level. As the tension builds, they must leave nothing behind, as only flawless execution, mind-blowing flavours and stunning presentation will win them the title. The pressure is massive. Winning the competition is life changing. With the stakes this high, the smallest error could cost them the title.
