Farming Today is at the Oxford Farming Conference, where around 450 delegates are discussing issues ranging from farm subsidies to ways of feeding a world population which is projected to reach nine billion. We hear from the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Liz Truss, and from her Labour shadow, Kerry McCarthy.
