Royal Academy of Music Richard Lewis Song Circle, Tunde Jegede, Tarantara Productions

Sean Rafferty with a lively mix of music, chat and arts news. Students from the Royal Academy of Music Richard Lewis Song Circle perform live in the studio ahead of their concert at Wigmore Hall featuring the songs of Carl Loewe and Franz Liszt. As Tarantara Productions begin a UK tour of Gilbert and Sullivan's Iolanthe and HMS Pinafore, soprano Rebecca Bottone and tenor Andrew Dickinson perform live, and are joined by the company's music director Martin Handley. Plus composer Tunde Jegede chats about his new Kora Concerto, commissioned by Manchester-based contemporary music ensemble Psappha, which receives its world premiere with composer as soloist.
