German officials are investigating how two commuter trains - fitted with automatic braking systems to prevent accidents - came to collide head-on in the southern state of Bavaria. Ten people are dead and more than a hundred have been injured after the high speed crash during the morning rush hour.

Phil speaks to the owner of a chain of British comedy clubs, who has won out against the makers of the hit US television series, Glee, over naming rights.
