Sean Rafferty presents a lively mix of music, chat and arts news, including restaurant critic and jazz pianist Jay Rayner with his quartet performing live in the studio ahead of their UK tour. Pianist Hong Xu plays works by Bach and Chen Peixun before he performs as soloist in Schumann's Piano Concerto with the 大象传媒 Symphony Orchestra. Plus, conductor Suzi Digby chats about her new vocal ensemble ORA, and her ambition to commission 100 new choral works for the group over the next 10 years.
