Writer Kader Abdolah talks to Ricky about his early life in Iran and how he later reinvented himself as a writer in the Netherlands.

In 1971, the Shah of Iran decided to throw a party to celebrate 2,500 years of the Persian monarchy. A year in the planning, it transformed the ancient Persian city of Persepolis, into a lavish tent city using nearly 40 km of silk, planted with avenues of trees flown in from Versailles. A new documentary reveals the full story. Ricky is joined by director Hassan Amini and writer Kader Abholah
