Examining the plans to bring back the cotton spinning industry to the north west. And the programme discovers some of the unique pop memorabilia collected in the region.

Dianne Oxberry investigates reports of an increasing number of rats in our region. The historic mills of the north west were the spiritual home of the cotton spinning industry - but it died out decades ago. We examine plans to bring the iconic industry back - and ask if the rebirth could mean a huge boost for British businesses. And as the 大象传媒 launches its Peoples History of Pop project, we discover some of the unique memorabilia collected in the region - including a shirt worn by Morrissey.
