As David Cameron prepares to present his case for the UK remaining within the EU Afternoon Edition did some EU myth busting.

In a 5live exclusive we challenged a class of 10 and 11 year olds to do a weeks digital detox and then heard how they got on.

Rimla Akhtar, who is the first ever Muslim woman to sit on the FA council was here. She received an MBE for her services to equality and diversity in sport - and her achievements don't stop there. She captained the British Muslim Women football team and is the chair of the Muslim Women's Sport Foundation.
