We investigate grass roots football as there are fears that amateur football clubs are closing at an unprecedented rate because they can't afford to keep going. The FA says it's doing what it can to support the amateur game - pledging 拢260m over the next four years to create 30 footballing 'hubs' in cities around the UK. We take a look at a new government scheme which it hopes will see millions of low-paid workers who put aside savings could receive a top-up of up to 拢1,200 over four years.
