Richard Madeley welcomes Paul Carrack and Heather Small to the studio for chat and live performances.

This week he's joined by Paul Carrack. Paul is one of Britain's finest singer songwriters and has enjoyed stints in Roxy Music, Mike + the Mechanics and Squeeze amongst others. He has recently released his brand new album Soul Shadows and performs two songs live in the studio.

Heather Small also joins Richard today. The former M People singer has enjoyed over 20 years of hits both with the group and as a solo star. This year she is back on the road with a brand new UK tour and will be performing two songs live.

Richard will also be joined by his usual contributors Julia Raeside and Nick Duncalf to review the Sunday papers and TV and film respectively.
