Fiona Stalker is joined by endurance swimmer Adam Walker, the first British man to complete the Oceans 7 Challenge.

This week's special guest is a man who has the accolade of being the first British man to swim the toughest seven Oceans in the World.... Adam Walker joins Fiona Stalker! As Fiona will finding out, Adam is a huge fan of dolphins, well in preparation for his guest spot, we sent our reporter Moira Hickey for a day trip to the WDC Scottish Dolphin Centre in Spey Bay. A chance to hear about Fiona's recent trip to the stunning Dundee Botanic Gardens. Staying with the water theme, our resident science expert Lesley Weston will be giving Fiona the chance to try out some watery themed experiments that you can try at home with your youngsters. If the thought of running a marathon seems far too much like hard work, we find out more from Deveron Arts about one taking place at a far calmer pace, the Huntly Slow Marathon.
