Up until six years ago, 52-year-old Paul was a normal dad doing a nine-to-five. Then, one day, everything changed. Now Paul has Tourette's syndrome. Despite his involuntary tics, violent body jerks and verbal outbursts, he is desperate succeed at work once again. Against all the odds, and with the help of leading scientists, Paul uncovers extraordinary talents that could allow him to provide for his family. But to have the chance of success, he has to put himself in very uncomfortable - and sometimes dangerous - positions.

34-year-old Brett is autistic and has been rejected from every job he has applied for over the past eight years. On first impression, Brett's lack of work experience might not seem surprising given that he struggles to talk and has no qualifications to his name. Luckily, this series looks beyond first impressions to uncover people's hidden talents. After visiting Professor Simon Baron-Cohen, a world-renowned expert on autism, Brett's true genius is revealed. And when Brett finally gets the chance to showcase his gifts to a potential employer, something truly remarkable unfolds. There is far more to Brett than meets the eye.
