In the future farmers could be turning to insect production as a valuable source of protein, a conference is being held this week aimed at introducing people to the idea of eating insects. Why discard perfectly good vegetables just because of how they look? Farming Today visits two farmers to see what happens to their misshapen produce and hears how a significant amount of perfectly good food still fails to make it to our dinner tables.
