A coroner has written to the Health Secretary about his fear that some women who need caesarean sections are being denied them on cost grounds. Adrian speaks to Tracey Taylor whose son died five days after his birth in June 2015 as a result of brain damage during a "prolonged and extended instrumental delivery".
