When Graeme bought a new front door he splashed out on an expensive, high-tech model, hoping it would offer a winning combination of style and security. Unfortunately the opposite has been true - repeated problems with warping have driven Graeme to distraction and he has turned to Dom for help. But will this be an open and shut case?
