Will it mark the end of the 大象传媒 as we know it? Or has all the hype been misplaced? Steve speaks to Culture Secretary John Whittingdale, before asking a panel of experts what these plans really mean for the future of the corporation. He's joined by former Culture Secretary Dame Tessa Jowell; Michael Grade, who was chairman of the 大象传媒 from 2004 to 2006 and executive chairman of ITV from 2007 to 2009; former 大象传媒 Trustee, David Liddiment, who is also founder of All3 Media, and Tim Suter, once of Ofcom and the DCMS - and the 大象传媒, and now a broadcasting consultant.
