Why am I not losing weight?

Gillian Russell is joined by weight loss expert Pete Cohen, who talks about conflicting dietary advice and why people need to change their eating habits.

The Bikini Diet, Cabbage Soup Diet, Detox Diet, Hollywood Cookie Diet, Elimination Diet, 5:2 Diet, Dukan Diet, Grapefruit Diet, Macrobiotic Diet, Apple Cider Vinegar Diet, Raw Food Diet, Alkaline Diet, Hallelujah Diet... The list goes on but how many diets have you tried and not stuck to? In his new book Why Am I Not Losing Weight?, life coach and weight loss expert Pete Cohen says everything we know is wrong. He tells Gillian Russell that the nutritional and exercise advice we've received over the past 50 years has left us fatter and more at risk of disease than ever ... and now we have to change our whole approach to what we eat.

Blogger and nutritionist Jessica Sepel talks about how prioritising rest and managing stress are the best ways to restore our health ... and offers advice on the small changes we can make that will have the greatest impact on our lives.

Runner Roddy Riddle spoke to us back in February about embarking on the gruelling 6633 Ultra, a 355-mile race across the Arctic. He's just signed up to do it again but why? Frustratingly he was unable to complete it and is desperate to try again ... but at what cost? Where did things go wrong, what has failure taught him (it's a word that just wasn't in his vocabulary!) and what is he trying to prove by attempting it again?
