Police officers are warning that they could be "sitting ducks" in the event of a marauding gun attack by terrorists. The Police Federation whose annual conference begins in Bournemouth this morning is warning that in spite of plans to increase the number of firearms officers it'll take too long to get them to rural or coastal areas, where some of Britain's power plants are based. In March this year, Shahbaz Taseer who was kidnapped by a militant group four and a half year ago, was seen in public for the first time in Pakistan鈥檚 Baluchistan province.
