Mark Stephen and Euan McIlwraith attend an NFUS debate on EU referendum issues in the company of agricultural commissioner Phil Hogan and MP Owen Paterson.

The forthcoming EU Referendum couldn't be more relevant to farmers in Scotland because currently they receive millions of pounds of subsidies from the EU every year. Mark and Euan attend an NFUS Debate on the subject featuring Agricultural Commissioner Phil Hogan and Owen Paterson MP arguing out the pros and cons of remaining in or leaving the EU.

After Seven....

Euan connects with his inner wolf as part of a project which shows that creating fear in the Highlands may help to improve diversity.

He also visits the Cairngorm Gliding Club near Feshiebridge and takes a trip up in the skies close to the mountains.

One week ahead of the UCI World Mountain Biking Championships at Fort William, Mark checks out the course (on foot).
