Today's programme features the world premiere performance of Anthony Cheung's Lyra, a work based on the myth of Orpheus, Frank Peter Zimmermann joins the orchestra and Christoph von Dohnanyi for Dvorak's violin concerto and Yefim Bronfman returns for a performance of Beethoven's 'Emperor' concerto.
