Russell Davies interviews legends of music, art, comedy and film. This week Russell meets music broadcaster Annie Nightingale.

Annie is best known as Britain's first female DJ on 大象传媒 Radio 1 and remains the station's longest serving broadcaster. Starting her career as a journalist for the likes of the Daily Express and Cosmopolitan magazine, she began working for the 大象传媒 in 1970. She has also worked as a TV presenter and DJ'ed at music festivals and clubs all around the world. She's still a champion of new music with a weekly programme on Radio 1.

She speaks to Russell about her art, alongside a soundtrack inspired by her career.
