A former chairman of the British Olympic Association LORD MOYNIHAN told Sarah and Adrian that the World Anti-Doping Agency shares responsibility for the uncertainty over Russia's involvement in next month's Olympics. WADA believes the IOC should've imposed a blanket ban after evidence of a state-run doping programme in Russia. Instead, the IOC has left the decision to individual sports' federations. Volunteers at a food bank in London told us that they are extra busy during the school holidays as parents struggle to pay of childcare and food for their youngsters. We heard from a young graffiti artist who used money from his art to pay off his parents mortgage. Andy Evans who calls himself Doddz - which stands for defy the odds - says he never imagined his passion for street art would make him any money ...
