Billy Sloan plays rock and pop music including a Great Collaborations track featuring Willie Nelson and Sinead O'Connor, plus he continues to highlight the career of Jeff Lynne.

Billy Sloan plays the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe and Early Morning Soul. In this weekend's Musical Chairs feature Billy highlights the career of singer/songwriter, composer, arranger and producer Jeff Lynne, of solo career, Electric Light Orchestra, Travelling Willburys and The Move fame and also associated with the likes of The Beatles, Tom Petty, Joe Cocker & Brian Wilson. The Great Collaborations track features Willie Nelson & Sinead O'Connor and in The Real Thing it's 'Shine on You Crazy Diamond' by Pink Floyd - song written by David Gilmour, Roger Waters and Rick Wright as a tribute and remembrance to their former band member Syd Barrett.
