Stuart presents solo with A Carnival Special today with live music from The Go! Team and even an in-studio steel pan group to add to the Caribbean flavour - The Salford Steel Community Band. Plus Abigail Ward from Manchester District Music Archive pops by with some massive club hits ahead of Manchester's Pride festival!

Indie pop-rockers The Go! Team are based mainly in Brighton. They combine indie rock and garage rock with a mixture of blaxploitation and Bollywood soundtracks, double Dutch chants, old school hip hop and distorted guitars. Their songs are a mix of live instrumentation and samples, headed up by Ian Parton, who recorded the band's first album Thunder, Lightning, Strike in his parents' kitchen. They're here to bring some summery music to the studio once more!
