Hannah Peel, Toy

Marc Riley has live sessions from Northern Irish composer and artist Hannah Peel and Brighton band Toy.

2 for 1 again this evening Hannah Peel in Salford and Toy in London. We do spoil you all.

Hannah is releasing her second album Awake But Always Dreaming, she's going old school with a Double Gatefold Vinyl LP - nice. This Northern Irish artist and composer has had a very busy year, collaborating with Beyond The Wizard's Sleeve, releasing music under new guise Mary Casio. She's also of course a founder member of The Magnetic North with Simon Tongue and Erland Cooper. One busy lady that's for sure.

Toy release new album Clear Shot in October. Marc has been a fan and supporter of the band since the self-titled debut album came out in 2012. The album was put together in makeshift studios in various band members houses. The final recordings were made by producer David Wrench in his Stockport studios.
