Nicola Sturgeon announces a consultation on a second Scottish independence referendum. Bob Dylan has won the Nobel Prize for Literature.

Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has said a draft bill for a second independence referendum will be tabled next week. The UK's largest grocery manufacturer Unilever has said it's settled a dispute over a price increase with Tesco, which saw the supermarket stop selling some of its products online. Plus, Bob Dylan has become the first songwriter to win the Nobel Prize for Literature.
